Herb-Roasted Red Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

1.5 Pounds of Small Red Potatoes
⅓ Cup of Oil
½ Tsp of Salt
¼ Tsp of Paprika
1 Tablespoon of Chopped Rosemary
¼ Tsp of Pepper
2 Cloves of Garlic - minced

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 375
In a casserole dish - 9x13 place oil and garlic
Take each potato and cut in half - place in the oil
Move the potatoes through the oil and place the white ( meat) part of the potato on the bottom
Season the potatoes with all the ingredients left
Bake for 15 minutes
Flip potatoes and cook for 15 more minutes
By having them cook down first the oil is soaked up and cooks the potato within - no need to parboil
